Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU") carefully before using the Korika application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these GTCU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
The Korika Application is a running application designed to allow users to track their route, record their time and access location-based features.
You agree to use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws and these TOS.
2. Collection and use of data
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Application are the property of Korika or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you through your use of the Application.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korika disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Application.
5. Modifications to the GTCU
Korika reserves the right to modify these GTCU at any time. The modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Application. It is your responsibility to regularly consult the GTCU to be informed of any modification.
6. Applicable law
These GTCU are governed by the laws in force in your country of residence, without regard to conflicts of law.
